Neil Evavold Plumbing was new to me and was recommended by another competent construction craftsman. On his 1st visit to check out replacing an older water heater, he went a bit further and replaced the water filter and put a bag of salt in the softener. Nice. His bid to replace the water heating unit was more reasonable than the other received.
