I am beyond upset. I ordered flowers for a funeral today and have my order confirmation email. I was checking for a delivery confirmation and did not have one so I called to confirm the delivery. I was told by JC? That the delivery team didn’t have the flowers I wanted so they didn’t do them. No phone call, no email, no attempt to contact me in any way. Y'all they have went above and beyond more than what they should have. I went on Google for a florist in Greenbrier. It showed they delivered to that area. So I placed my order online. Come to find out they don't. The flowers I ordered was supposed to have a birthday balloon but the order was submitted stating I selected a pink balloon when I didn't. They went ahead and put a birthday balloon with the order and are delivering them as I type this. Thank y'all so much for the customer service and taking care of this.
Placed an online order for a get well bouquet - selected one from their website. Hours after they accepted payment they sent an email advising "supply issues". They didn't offer an alternative or anything besides a refund in 3-5 business days. That's not the best customer service or experience. I would not recommend them.
I order flowers from this place did not look nothing like the picture i got more than $80 for 3 flowers try contacting the florist never got reimbursed or the correct item
Said would deliver flowers 63390 zip code charged me and never delivered. Will try to cancel on cc. SCAM!!!
