DO NOT GO HERE. We went there to buy aa wedding dress. Picking it out we had great service. When the dress came in my daughter in law flew in for the day to pick it up. It was that Friday before Christmas in that snow storm. First they called and said they were closing early and I explained she was flying here specifically to try on the dress. Wonderful place to work with – After going to many different bridal stores I ended up at Eva's Bridal on a very busy Saturday. I was greeted by several of the sales ladies and settled in to start looking for my dream dress. I spent 4 hours at Eva's with several different sales ladies as they were super busy and were trying to be there for all there customers. Run away brides!! – Wish I had read more reviews before going to Eva's, could have saved myself the time and trip. They were very nice on the phone so I decided to make the half hour drive. I was greeted nicely but the given a big rack to wheel around the store ( I had gone by myself) and pointed in the directions where I might find some styles I was looking for. So So Bridal Shop – When I first walked in, the service was great. The women there were very helpful. However, once I started trying on dresses, they sales people kept switching and the one that ended up working with me was very rude and not helpful. They cut the tags off the dresses so you cannot see the designer which I think is completely unfair considering all the other stores I've been too didn't do this. Decent selection of dresses but will not go back.
Eva's was wonderful! i just purchased my dress last week and everything was perfect. I was treated like a queen and really received the service that I felt I deserved. I will be doing everything through them including bridesmaids, tuxedos, limos and my alterations. I love Eva's!!!
Eva's has the best customer service and salon of any that I have been to (there have been many). The store is beautiful with hundreds of dresses. The consultant offered to help me into the dresses but I was more comfortable having my mom help. I like that the sales person didn't just barge in on me but was still available to help at all times. I am a plus size woman who was made to feel gorgeous in every way!

The selection was enormous for anyone looking for something in specific.
Hi, I went to the store today half an hour prior to the store opening. Was the first customer to walk in, was looking for a flower dress for my daughter, was going to the store to order the dress and pay for it. First the clerk was calling to see the availability of the dress, she never got back to me while I was looking through the store, I wanted my daughter's measurement taken, I was told I have to order a dress before they took her measurements, asked for help again from another clerk who did not seem to know anything ab... read more
