Please please shop around and do not purchase thru them. You can find the same dresses they have for half the price elsewhere. And then they make u sign a contract that they do not explain. And when you try to cancel your order 4 days later they are extremely ignorant and hang up on you repeatedly and tell you that you can’t. 4 days. I know dam well that the dress is not in production yet, so it wouldn’t really take much to cancel it. Again, please please shop elsewhere, this places ignorance is ridiculous.

We walked into Eva’s thinking it was the other Eva’s Bridal and it wasn’t. BUT…I am SO SO SO GLAD we did!!! My niece had an appt at the “other Eva’s” and called to ask where it was and the woman who answered was SO RUDE for no reason. We turned around shut the car door and walked back in. The staff here could not have been any nicer, patient, sweet and so caring!! The ladies were incredibly helpful and they know what they are doing!! She left with THE Dress she couldn’t be happier!!! I had a wonderful experience at Eva's of Orland Park. Every woman that worked here was truly delightful. My dress buying experience was great - I felt no pressure to purchase a dress but I did find "the one" at my appointment and I was so excited. I purchased the dress in January 2025 for my wedding in June 2025. The dress arrived in late April and I had my first fitting the first week of May.
