I had a commercial policy with this company for 3 months that we had paid in advance for. My husband spoke with the agent prior to the 3 months being over and let her know we would be changing to a local company. I continued to get a bill wanting me to pay for additional months. I then received a notice that they were going to turn us over to collections if we didn't pay that bill. I reached back out to the agent for an explanation.
