If I could leave less than one star, I would. The only reason this location is receiving one star is because it is required. My experience at Evera Health’s Clearwater 58th Avenue location was completely unacceptable, especially for a community medical center that is supposed to provide care and support to people who need it. I've been dealing with the public for over 40 years, so I have very high standards as to the way I expect to be treated when I'm a paying customer, and in today's healthcare system, I'm usually disappointed - and very vocal about it. But not today!! Excellent doctors, great pharmacy staff and delivery service, friendly and very informative.
I have to say , every single person there made us feel like thet actually care. The Doctors were Dr.Tran and Dr.Rodriguez were outstanding and the nurses made our time there nice.We cannot say enough nice things about these people.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever in my life been to so disoriented. The doctor comes in ask one question and walks out never comes back. They don’t check you the right way. This place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here at this location. but yet my insurance will surely get billed for seeing a doctor. I didn’t see. A doctor that didn’t do his job at all I was so irritated at this place highpoint location I don’t advise anybody to come here
