I started working there 2 years ago in production Welding, and I have to say it's been great . The benefits are 👍. There could be a bit of improvement in a FEW of the supervisor's actions. I am fortunate the management on our shift is good.
Definitely one of the worst places I have worked by far. They gives you these things called personal hours and they say you can use them and get mad when you do, you can’t be yourself there, and you have to be fake when u work. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone it pays terrible just not worth it
Fun work with terrible co workers. Favoritism is a real problem with management. Production Supervisors (Matt/Josh) are cool.
Drivers Don’t work with this company They will do anything to claim your load They will lie only to get the transportation cheaper or even free They trying to claim some scratches telling that were done by tarp which is hard to believe when the plastic is with no holes
