Luke was extremely helpful. He spent extra time explaining how to check the oil on my Generac during an outage as well as under normal conditions. He even wrote out the instructions for me. He was efficient, professional, and very thorough.
We had an issue with a Kohler generator before a storm and Seth T. showed up in the same day and got us up and running, he even showed us what was wrong and how to avoid or even fix it on our own. Amazing technician with an amazing customer service!
