I was less than impressed with Evansville Urban Forestry. I called concerning a tree that needed some work because it's becoming malformed. When I called the second time, I was told he was aware of which tree it was, and he planned to work with it to help improve the situation. That's been weeks, and nothing has been done to help the tree. I'm rather disappointed in them. Very knowledgeable and makes sure anyone doing tree work for hire has a license and insurance!
Had a issue a year ago. It never got resolved. Called them back papers were lost in a file somewhere. It was minutes id gotten a call back and emailed my info as well as they resent another order. So far not a problem, they will inform you on what you have to do on your behalf. Were still in the waiting process but as of right now. Everything is going like it should.
If you ever have concerns that your neighbor has a dead/dying tree that isn't being taken care of and could fall on your home, give them a call! They were extremely helpful with providing an inspection and a written recommendation.
