Never received a bill by mail, email, or text alerts. Did receive the letter from collections though. Customer service is horrible. On hold for over 30 minutes each time, and when you do get a representative they can't resolve anything... they will look into it. Next time you call back, you have the same conversation. Never had any billing problems until they outsourced. Poor communication, bills never received, and duplicate billing for the same procedures. Maybe its incompetence on their part or maybe its not.
