I was ready for a multi-state road trip, had the car all loaded up...and one of the headlights was out. Other Hyundai dealers long the way had timing needs that didn't match mine, but Evansville Hyundai had what I needed and got it taken care of at a reasonable price within half an hour. Impressive!
The Service Manager is terrible. no customer service etiquette at all. They wouldn’t run a full diagnostic on my vehicle. Said I voided my warranty on the alternator because I took it to a different shop and had it replaced. However when I called to check on my warranty before going to the other shop they “can’t verify warranty over the phone.” Meanwhile they verified it in two minutes over the phone when the service manager called me. Just got screwed by service department. Brought my car in for an ABS recall. It was to change a fuse. I get a text saying all of a sudden all of my brake lights have burnt up. They want 100 dollars to change them. We live 5 minutes away. I followed my wife over to the dealer so I could take her to work. Brake lights worked.
