Customer service lacking. When asked to check for oil leaks, they did not notice a "mauled oil pan." They failed to tell the driver (my child) to bring the car back in after a short period of time. Now the car needs significant repairs and is leaking oil in numerous places. Service department talked over me and did not listen to my concerns. I liked how clear they were with the repairs that needed to be done, but the rest was just very below par. I won't be back.

I was ready for a multi-state road trip, had the car all loaded up...and one of the headlights was out. Other Hyundai dealers long the way had timing needs that didn't match mine, but Evansville Hyundai had what I needed and got it taken care of at a reasonable price within half an hour. Impressive!

The Service Manager is terrible. no customer service etiquette at all. They wouldn’t run a full diagnostic on my vehicle. Said I voided my warranty on the alternator because I took it to a different shop and had it replaced. However when I called to check on my warranty before going to the other shop they “can’t verify warranty over the phone.” Meanwhile they verified it in two minutes over the phone when the service manager called me.
