My second time trying the pickup service was just as horrible as the first. I hesitated to use the service after the first time I was stranded at work for 3 hours waiting for my truck to be returned. But I am a believer in a second chance and hear I am setting at my desk at work on a Friday at 5:41 when my shift ended at 2:30??? They blamed my lug nuts maybe the techs should have all the tools they need. My truck was pick up at 8:20, an oil change and 2 new tires should not take over 9 hours

There was a lack of communication between the service department and parts. On 3/7 I had a mobile repair scheduled. That was canceled due to the parts not being in. Then I was rescheduled for 3/21. That was canceled because they said this service was complete on 3/7, according to their records. The truck was never serviced. Once this was all explained multiple time the service was rescheduled for 3/21 and completed. This all was not necessary and could have been much smother if communication was better on Evansville end.
