We have been members since 1997. I would recommend EFCU to all my friends. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. What amazes me is every time we go in the they know us by name. We belong to the one on Vogel and Tonya Southerland is an angel. She has helped us since she was just cashier.
I have never had so many problems with a credit union in my life. The last 6 months have been nothing but problems. My problems range from loan payments being applied uncorrectly, wrong loans being paid off, auto pulling payments on a loan I paid off, and adding force placed insurance when I repeatedly gave them proof. I have worked for credit unions/banks both and never had this many issues. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Love EFCU. Friendly staff, Great Service. Mobile App is easy to use, and mobile check deposit option is fantastic!
Cant be trusted even remotely.
