What poor service. Had to talk to someone in the Philippines who had no answers. Could only pass my info to a higher person to contact me. No way to get anything locally. What poor service. Not worth the money for what you get. Our local news is always 2 days late because the paper is not printed locally and has to have a early cutoff to get it printed and delivered to our city. It used to bee a great paper, but no more.

The customer representative that I called regarding a question said that there is no number for the Evansville office. I was on the phone for over 5 minutes just trying to get the representative. Please note before dealing with them. Try getting a hold of someone, to see first hand their process, before dealing with them.
