Didn’t feel like they took me seriously and I was referred by a PCP. I got funny looks when describing my symptoms and I was basically told I was fabricating and I should just take care of myself. I will find another colorectal surgeon that takes my situation seriously. And they never called back to reschedule another appointment. That’s okay. Overall not a terrible experience but not one I’d return to either.
I thought I had bad hemorrhoids, but after reviewing my history and examining me Samantha found I had an anal fissure. She was so wonderful and caring, the nurse who assisted her was as well. I’m on the mend, thanks to her.
Dr Arrurffat and his entire staff are excellent! They were caring and friendly during a time in my life I was stressed and worried. I had to have surgery to remove a mass in my colon and felt really taken care of, before and after surgery. I would highly recommend them.
