Terrible experience. Won't contact them again. Phoned them seeking a oven part. Was told the Dayton supply house had it, they'd have it sent to Evansville, and call me when it arrived, maybe 2 days. A week later I phone them again to check status. After being on hold for 20 minutes, learned they'd failed to order it, would do so that day, and should have it in 2 days.
