Went to this doctor with some issues I was having. He immediately tells me he suspects diabetes or pre diabetes. So I go for blood and urine and get told the test results would be back Monday. I called Monday and the recep casually tells me my doctor won't be back till Wednesday and he will definitely give me a call. On Thursday after hearing nothing I phone them again and she casually tells me "oh yeah the results are back but you need an appointment" may 1st I've been offered. 12 days after my test. Great place, excellent friendly and welcoming staff and professional Doctors.
Avoid this practice as it is a part time GP clinic these days and empoys Dr's who let their registration lapse so they cant consult for 13 days so cancel everyones appointments. And if you manage to get an appt you wait over an hour to be seen. Disgraceful
I had been told this clinic was bad but thought I’d give them a go. Reception staff are rude, obnoxious and lack empathy. Couldn’t be bothered helping me at all.
