I hate the dentist, but these folks make it as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Verma and staff are terrific!
The dental cleaning and hygienist were excellent. However, as a senior on low income, the Canadian dental care plan, which covers “100% coverage” doesn’t include the up charges that the clinic requires the patient to cover out-of-pocket. These fees are significant whether it’s getting a filling or a dental cleaning. And compared to last year up charge, this year‘s up charge was 30% more. Not acceptable.
Warm welcome, professional care, and clear explanations made my dental appointment smooth and stress-free. Truly excellent service from start to finish.
