Good luck getting them to answer the phone after calling for days I had to show up even after I spoke with a manager. I still had problems getting them on the phone. They did repairs on my car and when I got it back, the steering wheel was crooked. so it needs an alignment From the work that they did to the car, they replaced the control arms. I won't ever buy a car from here again. I have bought two, each time I come in for their yearly maintenance for VIP's, my car never gets washed, there is always something going on with it. My final straw was getting quoted 5 hours plus parts at $1275 for a part replacement two other shops quoted me at 1 hour and 1.5 hours, and $1000 cheaper. Magically needed tires when my car showed up when they are running a tire special. Service was completed as expected and air conditioning now works, that’s the positive. The tech disregarded despite multiple times of us asking to check to see if this repair was warranty. He stated every time he could not find the warranty on file, the service manager that took our info and copied it at our last repair was not in, and with the building change he could not locate it. Ordered 4 new tires on June 30th. Earliest appointment was July 15th. Everything went smoothly. No complaints.

Impossible to get through to service advisor… or to get status updates in timely fashion. One day repair turned into six days, because service techs didn’t plan ahead and get additional parts needed. Vehicle not cleaned.
