It was NOT a good experience. Evans Title Agency Troy-oh unpleasant. The recent closing ended up being a very unpleasant experience for me. Evans title is the best in the area. They are kind and professional. I really appreciate the way they make the home closing process easy and effortless. I'm very happy with the performance of Evans Title Agency of Troy, Ohio. The people who answer the phones are kind and they answered questions I've asked them. They also answered questions my seller's real estate agent, Shari Thokey, asked them. The seller's statement was provided in a timely fashion. I liked being able to go to the office of Evans Title Agency. The location of the office is convenient and they have a nice parking area. Their professionalism shows.
