great customer service A few weeks ago my vehicle broke down on me right down from them. I went in to ask if they could give me a jump to get my car started and they were very eager to help. Not only did they jump my car but they hooked it up to the diagnostic free of charge and told me excatly what was wrong with it. I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me, very nice and super knowledgable. If I would have lived closer to the establishment they would have been the choosen ones to fix my car.

poor poor service Terrible...tires are wrong size or poor quality, drive dangerous, weave all over the road...I think they are wrong size or just wrong for my car. manager wouldn't do anything, got smart with me. I have told 50 of my friends...dont go to Shelby
