So I went to Carl Burger dodge for rotation & alignment to be informed the tires I purchased and had installed at EVANS TIRE were the wrong size. They were too wide & rubbed against my control arms. I live 56 miles out of town. Now I had to replace the tires and control arms. I do not know their policy or how they correct a situation like this but don't think I want to trust them with anything. The new tires at DISCOUNT were $125 per tire less than at EVANS.
We had a very good experience at the Jamacha Road location in El Cajon. Prior to our visit I called to get an oil change estimate. Carlos was very professional and offered a very competitive estimate compared to others I was quoted by other companies. Then, when we came in person a couple days later the quoted estimate was the same as what he said over the phone. We really appreciated it!
Edgar and Carlos were really helpful! Service was easy and fast!
I live in the neighborhood and have taken several cars to them for more than just tires. They do solid work and are always courteous.
