The people here were amazing. Every single person that I, or DH interacted with, exceeded expectations. Having any outpatient medical procedures are never 'a wonderful time' but with these guys are really make it as easy as they possibly can. They were thoughtful and kind. The facility was very clean. The waiting room was quiet and had space for natural light. The parking area was large and had ample space. It couldn't have gone any better for the level of anxiety I had.
My first procedure with this facility! I had put off the procedure for over a year. I was a complete wreck by the time I made it in for my appointment. They kept me comfortable and informed so anxiety and nervousness was as little as possible. The entire staff from the check in to the check out was absolutely amazing. Even before the procedure I received a few calls to walk me through diffent things needed. Then after release they call and check as well.
