As a patient of Evan’s at Clinic for well over 20 years, with the same doctor for most of that time, I found it astonishing that it took, not 5, but 9 days to receive a RESPONSE for regularly prescribed medications via Hot Doc, and that after complaint in day 5, declining my request. The doctor was well aware of my suffering of Migraines, yet no urgency was undertaken for the simple Hot Doc request that would have cost me over $40 (this alone indicating the urgency).
