11.40 appt today. Turn up on time to be told the doctor isn't in yet. They have another client waiting for their appt outside the doc room then I would be next. Assuming this means the doctor is actually on their way I ask if its likely to be a 20 min wait or longer. The receptionist shrugs her shoulders and says we have no idea when they will be in. I attended the Evans Street Medical Clinic for my Annual Medical Review. I was attended by the Main Nurse and another Nurse in training. They were perfect in the way they accessed my Health.
I have been visiting the Even Street clinic for some time now. I have always experienced dependable service from my health care worker and the front desk staff. The clinic is well set up and always clean and tidy. The toilets are very clean too.
Great service and lovely people!
Very happy with every part of my visit from booking in to the doctor was great out come.
