My wife and I went to Dr. Evan's in August of 2018 for medical recommendation. Apparently at that time he was not board certified and we were both rejected. Obviously we went some where after giving him time to get his stuff un order.. long story short he said he was going to refund our $500.00 by text and phone and he never did.. he basically stole from us and will not answer or respond!.
