We had the absolute best experience here. Lisa had us in and out within 45 minutes and was the sweetest. We have spent two weeks looking for a camper and they were able help us find what we wanted.
Needed to clean wood chips better, found in the vents...little better walk thru....other the that awesome.
We purchased a new travel trailer from Wilmington location, our sales person was great very helpful (Lori) as well as the service techs on preparation & pre delivery walk through. Although Dealer refused to hook up my current equalizer hitch stabilizer system to truck & trailer citing potential liability issues? since I didn’t buy a new one from them? (For a service fee other RV dealers always helped us out in that regard) Overall though we’ve had a positive experience with this RV dealership!
After new management the issues I had with this company have been taken care of. The new manager over service is really taking the initiative to fix what he was left with.
We purchased a new travel trailer from Wilmington location our sales person was great very helpful (Lori) although we put a deposit $$$ on our credit card to hold the RV that we didn’t plan to use for our final purchase, Finance guy (Johnny) we asked him twice when closing deal on RV that we expected $$$ credit back to our credit card agreed and said we would have it credited back to our account in 3 days, It’s been a week still not resolved!
