We found everyone to be friendly. We would recommend them if looking for a trailer. Our only concern was the orientation to the new trailer, was limited and somewhat confusing.
The reason I gave 4 stars is the dealership didn’t have the right keys for our trailer. Now I will say that is not totally the dealership’s fault. The manufacturer is partly to blame also. Although I will say there were many opportunities for that to be found and resolved. When our salesperson finally opened up the door lock; he discovered the factory never stamped the key code on the lock. He gave us a key that worked for most locks except the dead bolt. I can not say enough about this place, we had been to 3 other lots b4 we went to this one, an WoW just WoW they made it soooooo easy for us working with a budget, the sales lady Lori is AMAZING, Richard the sales manager went above an beyond for us an Tyler (bless this man's heart) he drove 4 hours to deliver our camper, I would encourage ANYONE looking for a camper/rv to visit this place I think you will not regret it... thank you again Buckeye Rv for everything.....!!!
