So good! Great NJ diner. Just flew in and werenon our way south and lucky to find Evan's. Had a Taylor Ham and Egg sandwich on a perfect roll. Wife had a Pastrami sandwich which she was very happy about. Servoce was great too, seemed very family run. Every customer was treated with kindness and familiarity. Even us and we'd nver been there before! Wish this place was about 3000 miles closer to me, I'd be here all the time.
Eggs were cooked as asked. Eggs were on the larger size. Price was very resonable. Only a few tables inside. Will be going back next time i am in the area. Parking lot is small.
