I moved into his property in 2018 at 2702 Durham St in Burlington NC. He knew I was disabled and the housing conditions such as the mold led to me having multiple respiratory issues. Which he has received/reviewed my physician notes in regards to my health deteriorating. He might be good and quick setting up a will for you but when the time comes that the good Lord calls you home, you will wait and wait and wait to hear something from him about what’s going on. You also will not be able to get in contact with him or enter his office in the mornings. My grandmother would be livid.
