I previously left a positive review, took it down because people need to know how shady Ron is. They put used parts on skis and charge for new parts! I saw it and experienced it first hand. Im currently filing law suit papers because hes had one of my skis for 4 years! STAY FAR AWAY
Don’t recommend. Although they’re one of the only shops to take older two strokes in, they’re lazy work will force you to figure it out on your own. From leaving their scrap material inside the hull of my waverunners to old and loose screws rolling around and re installing both fuel caps upside down and putting only 1/2 screws back on the throttle bracket also putting fuel lines on backwards on both as well.
I took my boat to them and it took 7 months to get repaired, every time I called to see about the status on my boat since they never contacted me. Each time they told me they found a problem, and and i had to pay upfront, then a new price, by the time I got the boat back, I had paid %15,000. I could have bought a new motor for that price. There was greese in the passenger seat from parts laying in the seat and it ruined the seat. Then about 6 months later I had a problem the boat shutting down. Absolutely horrible experience. Rob told me 30 days and ended up taking 103 days. Went over the agreed price and left my boat an absolute pig sty. Will never recommend them to anyone. I never once got an update, I had to call them every time. Was told a multitude of promise times as well as a different way the work would be done. Got the boat back and it wasn’t strapped to the trailer how I dropped it off.
Ron and his team exceeded all our expectations! They really delivered and took the time to explain in detail why certain problems exist or persist.
