Issac, Issac, Issac, the appropriate word for you is "AWESOME"! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed a bathroom faucet installed. I contacted a company in New Bern but they were booked, they would have to put me on their list. I called my sister in law explaining to her my issue. She said Evans Plumbing does great work. She contacted Issac who had done work for she and my brother before. He said he would be out the next day and what time. He showed up the next day and was right on time. This is not a real business address. Do not use this plumbing service. Seems like a great resource up front but terrible professional at the end. Took my call, showed up next day, albeit 4 hours later than they said it would be. Never called to tell me, I had to call him and ask if he’s still coming. Shows up, changes out some parts and calls it fixed. My mistake for paying him on the spot but the problem was NOT fixed. He is now ignoring my calls and not responding. Terrible business. Called these guys today and they came out same day. Very professional and pride in there work. Would call these guys again hands down. Thank you Alot

Performed work as scheduled and budgeted. Return calls promptly. I recommend Evans plumbing and will use them again for any plumbing needs
