Evans Plumbing were the only company in the area who could send anyone out for an emergency call when my basement studio in Astoria was flooding during an early November downpour. They arrived within 30 minutes of my calling, determined where the clog was (roots in an old part of the sewer line where it connects to the street), and got it cleared before the water in the basement did any damage. My wtr 18 yr old heater failed and Evans P showed up the same day. Went back to shop, picked up wtr heater and installed. I am very pleased with the response, care on install and expertise. Its not easy to get qualified plumbers on the coast to respond this quickly. My hat's off to EP.

I had a hot water heater replaced and two toilets replaced. The experience really could not have been better. The back office folks are extremely friendly and responsive. And Matt and Jesus did a really good job. They hit a few challenges along the way, but we’re pretty clever and working through them without dragging things out. We also found that one of the two toilets was cracked and could not be installed.
