Scheduled an appointment with them for today at 2:00pm. Not only did they not show, but I attempted to contact them via phone 4-5 times, left a voicemail, and also attempted to contact via their chat. It's fine if an appointment is going to be later than originally scheduled. I totally understand that other appointments can easily run long. What I don't like is not being informed of this and not being able to get in touch with anyone at all to just figure out if I am still on their agenda for the day. Evans quoted me 70 bucks for Belt replacement. Came and didn't fix the problem and still charged me and said he'll get back with me hours later . And didn't. I feel like it's a racist Thing. Do not use his service. He barely tried to fix it . Took money and Ran literally. He racist. Thats the only reason I can see why he didn't try Hard enough
