Dr. Werkmeister is a true professional! I was there for HealthyBoiler but I ended up needing glasses, which I had been putting off for quite some time. Dr. W helped me understand my vision problems with ease. Betsy at the front was very patient and considerate as I tried on different glasses. I so appreciate & recommend them!
Pretty upset about a recent experience that was had at this clinic. Came in for a regular eye exam that is supposed to be covered by my insurance. As part of this exam they performed a retina scan. I was not given an option to decline, nor did they say that it was necessary or even covered by insurance. They just did the scan and told me that I needed to pay $44 for the scan. The doctor that I had was great and very friendly, it’s the other staff there that hustles people into getting the very-much-optional retina scan.
