My car was there for 1 week - I went there to see how things were going - A very very rude and extremely arrogant manager said "Probably won't be able to quote for 2 or 3 weeks" - so I took my car to a repairer in North Goulburn, same day - Not an issue, quote will be available before 5 today - what a difference in service.
