Beware - they are not shucked. After hearing rave reviews about Evans oysters, we drove out to the shed and with no obvious entrance walked up to an opening to be greeted by a friendly young man asking how many oysters I wanted. At $14 a dozen , I ordered two dozen. The young man walked away to somewhere outside and returned with a bag of oysters.
