Thanks Vessie and Dr. Dyke. The medical team was very friendly.
While I was very happy with Dr. Dyke and this practice, I was removed as a patient without notice due to "lack of activity" with them. Firstly, I didn't know this at the time or I would have defended myself, but this violates CPSO's policy on ending a doctor-patient relationship as they are required to attempt to contact me before doing such a thing and never did - I only found out because I reached out first, trying to book an appointment.
