There was an issue with placement due to someone else's stone being placed on our mother's gravesite. They worked diligently until the matter was resolved. We recently worked with this company to have a pre-need monument made. They were patient with us as we wanted it to be custom designed to suit our tastes. The monument has now been placed and totally suits us.
