I booked a weekend of music , when I got the invoice there was a bunch of added charges. Two credit card fees, two non refundable site charges.. is this another ticketmaster. Response from evans. The non-refundable site charges are an added value service that sets us apart from larger ticket agencies that often offer little to no refunds. We're proud to provide this service to our customers. SO U MEAN I AM CHARGED A FEE IN CASE I NEED A REFUND, THAT MAKES NO SENSE.. I still say you are charging excess fees..
