I have had good experiences with Evans. They make sure the job is done right the first time.
Great reputation and service. Bryan and crew always have gone over and beyond to keep my boat top notch and at fair prices. I have used them for 7 years now and many friends and family with no issues like others have reviewed. If you believe them and use someone else your only hurting yourself!
Terrible decision to take my boat there, but my guy in Pasadena had a 6 week backlog. Boat had never left me stranded one time and after $1300.00 worth of maintenance and 200 hour service work, it never ran right again. First trip out after the work, we broke down in the bay and had to get towed in. Took it back to Evans and they said I had put bad gas in it. Evans Marine has always tried to put honesty, integrity, and value first with all our customers. We have had a few UN-resolved win win situations over the years with a few jobs. We have serviced and repaired over 1,000 boats in the last 6 years, with 99% customer satisfaction ratio. Unfortunately with today's internet, anyone can post negative reviews with out having both sides of the story heard and that is unfortunate. I am reaching out to anyone who has had issues with this company or Bryan Evans to please email me your experience. I am looking to not only file suit against him but to put him in jail for fraud, deceptive trade practices, harassment and theft. Any help would be appreciated. 1 star means "Hated it" I won't go over ever detail because I would be writing for 30 minutes. I am writing this review to worn others about Brian & Evans Marine. I wish I would have read his reviews before I took my boat to him. Everywhere I see his reviews, he has anonymous 5 star reviews stating that his bad reviews are from fired employees. LOL! DO NOT BELIEVE FOR ONE SECOND THAT THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT. THEY ARE THIEF'S AND LIARS. WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE GOD WILL SHOW THEIR UGLY WAYS..
I had two wires off under the console cost me $568.00 and my boat is worse off now I want ALL MY MONEY BACK TOO!
