Ron is an absolute doll and knows everything about water beds. He took the time to help me out on a Saturday when my mattress had failed, sold me a new one and fabricated a new support board for me right in the workshop at his house in San Jose. He's honest, fair and the sweetest man alive. I wish every business cared like he does. :)
