Price is reasonable in my opinion. No kitchen- I can live with that Covered electricity, water & thrash Internet: rent or share bill with other tenants. I myself using Samsung DeX so no need for wifi Laundry: prepaid by app Units come small, middle, or large. Just wish that there's a water fountain somewhere so I can fill drinking water, and fuse amps increase to 20 instead. Had my heater trip the breaker a few times. It was 1000 times better as Barrington Hall. I lived there. I should know. Now it might as well be a dorm. Boring, ugly, looks like no fun at all.
