This place is a joke and the woman who answers the phone is rude for absolutely no reason. Our Stihl weed eater stopped working we replaced the spark plug on it and it didn’t fix the issue so we took it to this place. Worst mistake ever made. They kept it for over 3 weeks and when I would call to ask for an update the woman would rudely respond “it’s not ready yet.” Or “they’re waiting on a part for it.” When I would ask questions about what part they’re waiting on or how much longer they’re thinking it will be she would huf... read more
We’ve never dealt with such rude people in our life! These people are unprofessional and the lady there knows absolutely NOTHING and is RUDE. Don’t ever buy from these people and don’t try to take a stihl there to be fixed. They’re always “too busy”. Hate to tell them but staying “too busy” is what keeps them in business!!! My son asked them to adjust a chainsaw (maybe a 5 min job but he didn’t have the correct tool) and he heard the lady in the back say “We dont have time for that do you want me to send him down the road?” ... read more
Good quality service, Top grade products
My dad took his Stihl chainsaw out there weeks ago. It was probably at least 6 or more. After making multiple calls to check the status of the chainsaw being fixed, and getting excuses each time as to why the repair had not been completed, my mom called and the lady that works there tells her “well, I think it’s ready”. My dad goes to pick it up and when he gets there the repair bill (the parts that were installed weren’t listed on the the invoice), and we don’t know the price of the parts they used to repair it.
