Don't even bother making an appointment if you don't have insurance, the doctor will suddenly be "out of town" and they'll keep rescheduling you and rescheduling you. I tried to make one simple appointment (and duly noting that my heath was at risk) and they pushed it back 1 month, then called again and pushed it back ANOTHER month.
