Evans helped us out time after time, when we were trying to operate a laundromat on a tight budget. They could have charged us for many service calls, yet they remained very helpful on the phone, savings us hundreds! They sell and service Speed Queen Commercial Extractors and Dryers, and I would work with them again anytime. They were very easy to work with.
This company SUCKS! It took me over 3 months for them to refund my money because of their faulty dryers. I go to use their dryer again today, feels like basically my clothes were not even in a dryer, very very very damp, and we are only talking about a couple of pants, a few shirts, about half a basket load. They did nothing to fix them when I first complained to them in Nov about these dryers.
