Buyer be ware, I had paid $2,500 for gravel to be spread and compacted. They brought and spread sand which made my property a mud pit, it looked good at first but as soon as it got wet it was just a mud pit. I had to do a lot of work afterwards to fix it, they had agreed to give me some money back but then never followed through.
