Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared.
