Dr Joe Evans has been my Dr for over 23 years. I cannot say enough good things about him. He's professional, caring, kind, knowledgeable and a very genuine person. When I say he's caring I really mean that he cares about his patients. The whole person, he doesn't just see a problem before him, he sees a human being who may be hurting, or sick, or maybe having a mental issue. He really cares.
