This doctor lied to his patient and he told the patient to drop off referral letter by themselves to Frankston hospital because he said his clinic didn’t fax referral letter to Frankston. So I have to call Frankston hospital to find out how to drop off the referral letter at Frankston hospital. Then the person on the call advised me that the doctor needs to fax the letter to hospital.
