We were on holidays from out of town, my husband presented with a sudden medical condition that needed assessing & initial receptionist at this centre was polite, efficient and made sure a doctor could see him promptly. The Head Nurse was professional & thorough & consulted well with doctors. Treated appropriately & overall a helpful & pleasant experience. Great service . Thank you.
I’m not usually one to leave feedback, but I feel I need to share my recent experience. I’m visiting from Brisbane, and earlier today my young son suffered a head injury. As a new and very worried mum, I just wanted to make sure he was okay. We presented at the local doctor’s practice at 4:40pm—not expecting miracles, just hoping a doctor could quickly assess him and let me know if it was something serious that needed emergency care.
