I have no words to fully articulate how horrified I am with the service or lack thereof that I experienced. I had an MOT and service here, free of charge as last year they messed up big time. I asked for a copy of the service and its outcome, we will email it to you they said; informing me that the driver side front tyre was close to the legal limit. Would never buy used car from Evans Halshaw again. Test drove an Audi A1 and loved it, despite my sales advisor knowing nothing about the car. Anyway I had done my research prior to seeing the car, I purchased the car. Whilst driving the car home I realised there was a crack in my windscreen! When I reviewed the pictures I had taken of the car on the day of viewing, the team had strategically placed a banner over the crack on the windscreen so it was not visable to the eye!
