Good car sales but you can never get through to the service department on the phone. Probably ignoring the incoming calls or drinking coffee. I remember being in there once buying a new car and the service phone was ringing continuously and there were two people sat behind the desk. Get a grip, you’re losing money.
I had a fantastic experience with Julius when enquiring about a car. From the start he was friendly, approachable, and made the whole process feel personal rather than just a sales pitch. He answered all my questions and even took the time to source answers when he didn’t have them right away. The personalised video he sent was a brilliant touch and really set him apart. Julius is a credit to the dealership, and I’d highly recommend asking for him if you want genuine, top-quality customer service.
